The 9th District of the Champaign County Board is primarily located in central to southeast Urbana and includes Cunningham 5 (portion), 7, 9 (portion), 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and Urbana 1 (portion) precincts.
